Carlisle Amlak is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Herbalist, Pancha Karma Specialist, and Yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. She has trained with various prestigious institutions and completed teacher trainings in diverse Yoga styles. Inspired by the teachings of Sri Kaleshwar, she is dedicated to upholding the Vedic tradition and adapting it for modern life. Carlisle has shared her knowledge across the US, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and South America. She currently resides in Puerto Rico with her family, engaging in homeschooling, gardening, and nature studies.

In this immersive training, you'll learn the ancient art of Ayurvedic massage, including the traditional technique of oil massage, herbal steam therapy, and the benefits of herbal oils. You'll practice both single and tandem massage techniques, giving and receiving massage under the guidance of Carlisle Amlak.

Our program includes a comprehensive training manual, daily on-site lunch, and all necessary materials. Upon completion of the course and program requirements, you'll receive a certification in Ayurvedic massage.
