About Aurora Casey Windquist
Aurora is a guide devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. Her work is centered on soul remembrance—supporting others in coming back into connection with their body, their truth, and their natural sense of presence. She creates spaces that feel safe, grounded, and welcoming, where people can slow down, open, and explore what it means to feel truly connected to themselves and to life.
Her journey has been shaped by years of personal healing, self-discovery, and embodiment practices. Through her work with Tantra and the integration of spirituality and sexuality, she discovered how powerful our life force energy can be when approached with awareness and care.
This experience guides the way she works with others—meeting each person with compassion, respect, and an understanding that everyone’s path is their own.
Aurora offers sound healing, embodiment sessions, and intimacy guidance for individuals and couples.
Her approach is gentle, trauma-aware, and heart-centered, helping people feel seen, supported, and at ease in their own bodies. She is passionate about creating spaces where others can reconnect with themselves, open at their own pace, and experience a deeper sense of connection, acceptance, and aliveness.

“Journey to the Heart of Intimacy” is a guided ceremonial experience for individuals and couples alike — an invitation to slow down, soften, receive, experience and explore the beauty of authentic sacred presence.
This journey begins by returning inward… to your center… reconnecting to the essence of who you are at the soul level… in your body… guided by breath, sound, movement, feeling, and embodied awareness.
Together, we surrender to create space to awaken, remember and experience the wisdom, aliveness, and wholeness living within you. Your beauty, your truth, your love…
As the journey unfolds, you’ll be guided into heart-centered connection with others through safe, intentional practices rooted in presence, reverence, authenticity, and human soulful connection.
This is an invitation to witness and be witnessed in your true divine nature beyond masks, roles, and performance — to meet one another in honesty, openness, and the sacredness of simply being human in our unique reflections. And to have fun with it too!
