Diane Leilani Cline, known by her spiritual name Guru Purkh Kaur, has devoted nearly three decades to the study and practice of Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga, meditation, sound healing, and Hawaiian and Indigenous wisdom traditions. As the founder of Yoga Inspirations, Diane has shared yoga and sound healing with thousands of children and adults and has facilitated more than 140 transformational retreats. Known for her radiant presence and ability to create a deeply nurturing space, she helps people reconnect with their innate gifts and discover the practices that genuinely speak to their souls.

Before youarrive
A few small preparations — so you can settle into the circle and receive fully.
Arrive early
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before start time so you can find a seat and settle before the guided meditations begin. Late arrivals may miss the opening grounding.
What to wear
Comfortable, loose clothing you can breathe easily in. You'll be seated or lying down for breathwork and the gong immersion, so bring a layer or shawl for warmth.
What to bring
A journal and pen for reflection afterward, and an open heart. If you feel called to a particular feminine archetype or figure, you're welcome to bring a small photo or token — though nothing is required.
