Conscious Movement
Rediscover the Joy of Being Fully Embodied
Step into a sanctuary where physical conditioning meets soulful expression through a conscious fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness.
This practice invites you to drop out of your head and into the wisdom of your physical form, exploring fluid ranges of motion that honor your unique rhythm.
Led with vibrant intuition and deep care, each session unfolds as a moving meditation designed to awaken vitality, restore inner balance, and celebrate the pure joy of embodiment.
Nia is a fun, welcoming, all-levels dance fitness class inspired by global dance, martial arts and healing arts, and rooted in rhythm, grace, strength, and breath. You’ll be guided — and given space — to move in a way that feels truly your own. With optional light hand weights for strength, guided flowing sequences, and a grounding close, all of it rooted in the language of permission to move your bodies way, this practice will leave you feeling strong, grace-filled and connected.
Whether you're just beginning or deep on your movement path, you’ll be met exactly where you are and invited to strengthen, release, and remember your body as a source of wisdom, beauty, and belonging.
No experience needed. Just bring your body and breath.
A living meditation where breath, music, and mindful motion come together to strengthen the body and soothe the spirit.

Alba
Nia Instructor
Movement is how I come home to myself — and how I help others do the same. I believe movement is one of the most powerful ways we can feel alive, connected, and truly at home in our bodies. Whether you’re returning to movement after a long pause, seeking a more soulful approach to fitness, or simply longing to feel more grounded and awake in your life — I’m here to support your journey. With decades of experience in dance and embodiment practices, I bring a broad and inclusive perspective to the movement space. I’ve taught dance aerobics in Italy and Spain, competed and taught as a professional ballroom dancer, and led classes in Nia, Groove, and Zumba and other diverse fitness practices. I’ve also been a bodyworker for over 30 years and have worked professionally as a photographer and photographic artist — always with the core theme of honoring the journey, the beauty, and the sacredness of being in a body. Through movement, I believe we can reclaim the body as a sacred vessel of self-empowerment and joy — a body that holds its own sovereign, intuitive wisdom.
