Ancient Lineages
Movement, Breath & the Wisdom Sword
Step into a sanctuary of movement, breath, and ancient wisdom where the physical body and subtle energy channels are gently guided toward renewal.
Rooted in the profound lineages of the Vajrayana and Bön traditions, these sessions invite you to explore how physical form and inner vitality are inextricably linked.
Through the fluid sequences of Lu Jong, the deep breathwork of Tsa Lung, and the dynamic, intentional release of Tog Chöd, each session offers a direct pathway to quiet the relentless chatter of the mind and awaken deep, enduring presence.
What becomes possible when the body opens, the breath begins to move freely, and the mind grows quiet?
Tibetan yoga offers a path of transformation through the intimate relationship between movement, breath, energy, and awareness. Rooted in the Vajrayana and Bön traditions, these ancient practices recognize that the patterns we carry do not exist only in the mind—they also live within the body, the breath, and the subtle channels through which our vital energy flows.
Each class draws from the complementary practices of Lu Jong, Tsa Lung, and Tog Chöd, creating an embodied journey toward greater balance, vitality, and inner freedom.
Through the flowing movements of Lu Jong, the body is gently opened and strengthened as stagnant energy begins to move. Breath-centered Tsa Lung practices deepen this process, working with the subtle channels and inner winds to release tension, steady the mind, and restore a more natural sense of flow. At times, the practice becomes more dynamic through Tog Chöd—the Wisdom Sword—using powerful movement, focused intention, and visualization to cut through habitual thoughts, emotional patterns, fear, and inner resistance.
Together, these practices invite us out of the repetition of the past and into the immediacy of the present. As the body softens and energy begins to move, we may discover greater clarity, emotional balance, compassion, and a deeper connection with our essential nature.
Each week offers a different doorway into the practice. Some classes may be gentle and meditative; others may include stronger movement, focused breathing, or the dynamic expression of the Wisdom Sword. Rather than following a fixed sequence, the class responds to what is most supportive for the group in that moment.
No previous experience is necessary. The movements can be adapted for different bodies and levels of ability. Come as you are and enter a living practice of transformation—one breath, one movement, and one moment of awareness at a time.
Discover how the patterns we carry do not exist only in the mind—they live within the breath, the body, and the subtle channels of our vital energy.
